Uintah lost against Park City back in November of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Utes fell 2-0 to the Miners. The Utes' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Uintah saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Gracie Nelson had six digs and two aces.

Uintah's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Park City, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Uintah has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Northridge on the 23rd. As for Park City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Fremont on the 23rd.
