For the first time in his career, Jose Rodriguez scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 48 receiving yards and one score as Elbert County took down Commerce 16-6. We rated that as his best performance since September 12th, when he picked up 121 receiving yards.

Looking ahead, Rodriguez and Elbert County will be playing at home against Providence Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Rodriguez up against the Storm's star pass catcher Mason Malone.
