Football Recap: Altoona Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The matchup between Altoona and Central Dauphin on Friday hardly resembled the 21-6 effort from their previous meeting. The Mountain Lions received a blow as they fell 38-21 to the Rams. The Mountain Lions have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

When it comes to explaining why Altoona lost, don't look at Cody Chathams. Despite the final result, he rushed for 57 yards, and also threw for 22 yards and one TD.

Central Dauphin can attribute much of their success to Mark Lebo, who rushed for 81 yards and one score. What's more, Lebo racked up 105.8 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024. Jadyn Johnson got in on the action too, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Altoona's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Central Dauphin, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.
