Softball Recap: Everett Takes a Loss

Everett and Medford squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Everett had to settle for second. They lost 13-0 to the Mustangs. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Crimson Tide's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Everett's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Medford, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

While Everett had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
