Softball Recap: West Plains Comes Up Short

West Plains was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coahoma Bulldogs.

West Plains' defeat dropped their record down to 4-8-1. As for Coahoma, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Looking ahead, West Plains and Borger will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coahoma, they will face off against Jacksboro at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Jacksboro is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.
