Baseball Recap: Glenpool Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Glenpool, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Oologah Mustangs 11-10.

Glenpool got a big performance out of Ayden Wade, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Brady Terronez also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Glenpool pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Oologah, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Glenpool has already played their next match, a 9-6 defeat against Sperry on the 15th. As for Oologah, they will take on Jay at 5:00 p.m. on March 24th. Jay will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Oologah surely won't give up without a fight.
