Basketball Recap: Independence Wins Going Away Against Ravenwood

There's no place like home for Independence, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Ravenwood Raptors on Tuesday as the Independence Eagles made off with a 46-25 victory. That looming 46-25 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Eagles yet this season.

Independence's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-4. The wins didn't necessarily come from the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 27.3 points per game. As for Ravenwood, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.
