Baseball Recap: East Hickman County Takes a Loss

The matchup between East Hickman County and Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday hardly resembled the 4-0 effort from their previous meeting. The East Hickman County Eagles lost 17-7 to the Mt. Pleasant Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Landon Erickson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Those hits marked the first that he got this season. Another player making a difference was Anthony Carrillo, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
