East Palestine entered their tilt with Leetonia on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bears 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-4, 25-4.

East Palestine's offense was headlined by Destiney Burtyk and Amara Wilson, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Cami Kridler and her nine assists. Wilson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

East Palestine's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Leetonia, their loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. East Palestine will challenge rival Southern at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Leetonia is set to square off against their familiar foe David Anderson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
