Basketball Game Preview: Columbus Explorers vs. Seminole Seminoles

After both having extra time off, the Columbus Explorers and the Seminole Seminoles will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Columbus comes in on 12 and Seminole on three.

Columbus is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup two weeks ago. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Miami 74-44. The Explorers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Cameron Boozer continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with 22 points and 12 boards. The matchup was his 13th in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Gaskins, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds.

Seminole not only won two weeks ago, but they posted their biggest win since January 4th. They put the hurt on Apopka with a sharp 54-32 win.

Seminole's victory bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Columbus, their win bumped their record up to 25-3.
