Soccer Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Kaufman's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Kaufman won the last time they faced Crandall and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kaufman Lions came out on top against the Crandall Pirates by a score of 2-0. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Pirates are ranked 470th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kaufman has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those eight contests. As for Crandall, they dropped their record down to 6-8-2 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
