Basketball Recap: San Luis Obispo Takes a Loss

San Luis Obispo was the 66-56 winner over Mission College Prep when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The San Luis Obispo Tigers fell 60-49 to the Mission College Prep Royals on Tuesday.

San Luis Obispo's loss dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Mission College Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Luis Obispo will square off against Atascadero at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mission College Prep, they will face off against St. Joseph at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Joseph knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 27 contests -- so hopefully Mission College Prep likes a good challenge.
