Basketball Recap: Random Lake Comes Up Short

Random Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 78-34 loss at the hands of the Cedar Grove-Belgium Rockets. The Rams lost against the Rockets in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 67-47 score last time.

Random Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Random Lake will take on Sheboygan Christian in a holiday battle at at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Random Lake is facing Sheboygan Christian at the right time seeing as Sheboygan Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-56 win against Valders on the 14th.
