Basketball Recap: Skagway Find Success

Skagway won the last time they faced Petersburg and things went their way on Saturday too. The Skagway Panthers walked away with a 32-25 victory over the Petersburg Vikings.

Skagway's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Petersburg, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Skagway will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hydaburg on February 2nd. As for Petersburg, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 39-30 defeat against Non Varsity Opponent on the 18th.
