Central School falls despite big games from Conway Whitlock and Colton Moore

Recap: Central School Pioneers vs. Union Christian Academy Lions
The Central School Pioneers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They lost to Union Christian Academy on the road by a decisive 71-53 margin. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Central School in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost five in a row.
Colton Moore and Conway Whitlock certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Moore dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds, while Whitlock dropped a double-double on 22 points and 17 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moore has scored all season.
Central School dropped their record down to 2-14 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Union Christian Academy, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Northeast Baptist the next time they take the court. Central School will host the Knights at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Lions will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
