While Somerville didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the International Leadership of Texas Aggieland Eagles on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The match marked the Yeguas' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Somerville walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-16, 25-16.

The victory was the third in a row for Somerville, bringing their record up to 7-4. As for International Leadership of Texas Aggieland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Somerville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Hearne on the 23rd. As for International Leadership of Texas Aggieland, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dime Box at 5:00 p.m. on September 16.
