After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hagerty, Treasure Coast was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They skirted past the Forest Hill Falcons 6-5. The win continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Thomas Johnson, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple was his first of the season.

Johnson wasn't the only one making solid contact: Treasure Coast kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Forest Hill only managed four.

Treasure Coast's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Forest Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Treasure Coast will head out to square off against Martin County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Titans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Forest Hill, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Royal Palm Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
