Basketball Recap: Odessa Takes a Loss

After flying high against Mary Walker on Friday, Odessa came back down to earth. The Odessa Tigers were outmatched by the Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors and fell 57-16. The match marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Odessa's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Almira-Coulee-Hartline, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.

Odessa will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lake Forest at 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Almira-Coulee-Hartline and Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna will round out the year against one another at at 4:30 p.m. on December 28th.
