Football Game Preview: Lake City vs. Ferris

Ferris are packing up and hiking across state lines for their matchup on Friday. They take on Lake City at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps state rankings predict a close match.

Ferris took care of business in their home opener. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Moses Lake last week, winning 17-7.

Meanwhile, Lake City received a tough blow as they fell 14-31 to Lewis & Clark. The loss was a vexing one since Lake City was expected to win based on their state ranking.

Ferris's win lifted them to 1-0 while Lake City's defeat dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Ferris' success rolls on or if Lake City are able to steal their positive momentum.
