On Wednesday Ben Issenmann struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and not a single walk), which was good enough to also set a new career-low in walks. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with more than five strikeouts. This year, he has an ERA of 2.58 over 19 innings pitched.
