Basketball Recap: Hanover Takes a Loss

Hanover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 39-34 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lebanon Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-30 back in January.

Hanover's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Lebanon, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Hanover will host Milford at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lebanon, they will square off against Stark at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lebanon is facing Stark at the right time seeing as Stark is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
