Last Tuesday, Legacy blew past Aurora West College Prep Academy, posting a 35-6 win at home. The result was nothing new for the Lightning, who have now won four games by 25 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Ralston Valley ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They snuck past Columbine with a 31-25 victory. Ralston Valley's win was all the more impressive since the Rebels were averaging only 15.13 points allowed on the season.

It was another big night for Zoe Zoll, who threw for 325 yards and five touchdowns while completing 71.8% of her passes. She also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making five total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging an interception. Shelby Colosimo helped Zoll out on the ground, picking up 76 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Ralston Valley's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB four times. Columbine's QB won't forget Colosimo anytime soon given she sacked her twice.

Legacy's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Ralston Valley, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
