Volleyball Recap: Susquehanna Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Susquehanna can now relate to. They fell just short of MMI Preparatory School by a score of 3-2 on Monday. The Sabers' loss continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

MMI Preparatory School was led to victory by Victoria Park and Arushi Solgama. Park had seven digs and three aces, while Solgama had ten digs and two aces. What's more, Solgama racked up 15 assists, the most she's had since back in September. Erica Schwear also deserves some recognition as she had her first digs of the season.

Susquehanna's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for MMI Preparatory School, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-14 record this season.

Susquehanna does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for MMI Preparatory School, they will challenge Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
