Volleyball Game Preview: Centauri Falcons vs. Brush Beetdiggers + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, the Centauri Falcons and the Brush Beetdiggers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Two weeks ago, Centauri beat Pagosa Springs 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-27, 25-17, 22-25, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Brush posted their closest victory since September 25th on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Silver Creek. The victory continues a trend for the Beetdiggers in their matchups with the Raptors: they've now won three in a row.

Brush wouldn't go down easily and took Silver Creek into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 26-24, 25-18, 23-25, 15-9.

Centauri better keep an eye on Jolina Hernandez. She was instrumental in Brush's win, getting 18 digs. That's the most digs Hernandez has posted over her last seven contests.

Centauri's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Brush, their victory bumped their record up to 10-13.
