Albuquerque had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Centennial on Tuesday. The Bulldogs blew past the Hawks 3-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Bulldogs, who have now won six contests in a row.

Albuquerque not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Centennial between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-19.

Kaelynn Ashley paced Albuquerque's offense, picking up 11 kills. Ashley got some help from Ayva Ashley and her 23 assists. Aleksandra Deming controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Albuquerque's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Centennial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-3.
