Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wiregrass Ranch). They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Zephyrhills Bulldogs on Monday. Given the Bulls' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 206th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 490th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wiregrass Ranch has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matches. As for Zephyrhills, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Wiregrass Ranch will take on Sunlake at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Zephyrhills, they will face off against Gulf at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gulf is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season.
