Jason Todd Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Mobile Christian came up short on Thursday despite Jason Todd delivering his best game to date. Todd made 16 total tackles. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (105.1) per game.
Mobile Christian is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. Their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Orange Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Noah Moss Turns in Season-Best Effort
Noah Moss produced his most outstanding game to date while leading St. Michael Catholic to the win on Thursday. Moss rushed for 225 yards and four touchdowns, and also picked up 70 receiving yards. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making a tackle.
St. Michael Catholic pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Moss' next matchup is against Pensacola on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Ezavier Crowell Turns in Another Game with at Least Two Rushing Touchdowns
Jackson was led to victory by Ezavier Crowell, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Crowell wasn't messing around, rushing for 191 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. The contest was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.
Orange Beach's probably not too fond of Crowell given he always seems to get the better of them. When Crowell last faced the Makos back in September of 2023, he rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries.

Landon Duckworth Dazzles in Jackson Victory
Landon Duckworth was instrumental in extending Jackson's winning streak to seven on Thursday. Duckworth did his part (and then some), rushing for 87 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 189 yards and a touchdown while completing 72.7% of his passes for the 'W'. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.
Orange Beach's probably not too fond of Duckworth given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Duckworth saw the Makos), he threw for 220 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown.

St. Michael Catholic Gets a Boost from Rivers in 45-35 Victory
Another St. Michael Catholic player making an appearance on this list is Gunner Rivers. He threw for 280 yards and two touchdowns while completing 94.4% of his passes.
For the season, Rivers has thrown 17 touchdowns while averaging 265.3 passing yards per game.
