After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Punxsutawney, DuBois was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Brookville Raiders with a sharp 16-1 win. The Beavers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by seven runs or more this season.

Ava Baronick made a splash no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk).
