Hahnville won the last time they faced Sulphur and things went their way on Friday too. The Tigers came out on top against the Golden Tors by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Despite the loss, Sulphur saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Taylor Petross had nine digs and two assists.

Hahnville's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Sulphur, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Hahnville will venture away from home to take on Lutcher at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sulphur, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Denham Springs on the 13th.
