Softball Recap: Bethesda Christian Takes a Loss

Bethesda Christian and Clinton Central squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Bethesda Christian had to settle for second. They lost 7-0 to the Bulldogs. The Patriots have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Bethesda Christian now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Clinton Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-13.

Bethesda Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clinton Central, they will challenge Carroll at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cougars have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
