Jesuit piles up the points against Central Catholic

Recap: Jesuit Crusaders vs. Central Catholic Rams

The Jesuit Crusaders won the last time they faced the Central Catholic Rams, and things went their way on Friday too. Jesuit simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Central Catholic 53-20 at home. That looming 53-20 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Jesuit yet this season.

Leading Jesuit to victory were Audrey Bayless and Kendra Hicks. Bayless scored 14 points, while Hicks dropped a double-double on 13 points and 14 rebounds. The contest was Hicks' third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Sophia Costarella, who scored eight points.

Jesuit's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Central Catholic, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jesuit will be home for the holidays to greet Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while Jesuit is ranked 35th). Central Catholic will be home for the holidays to greet Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
