Football Recap: Logan/Palco vs. Lakeside Knights

Logan/Palco put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 42-38 win over the Lakeside Knights. The score was all tied up 24-24 at the break, but Logan/Palco was the better team in the second half.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Logan/Palco was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 240 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lakeside only rushed for 141.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Logan/Palco's defensive line and their three sacks. In that department, Kaden Graham was the leader with two.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaden Mccoy, who rushed for 54 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 32 receiving yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Reece Remus, who gained 93 total yards and a touchdown.

Logan/Palco's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lakeside, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
