Scott had won nine straight home games  and  Emory Sullivan did her part to make it ten on Wednesday. The Eagles walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Holy Cross Indians  thanks in part to  Sullivan, who  had 19  digs and three  assists. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 13 or more in each of the last seven games she's  played.
 While Scott might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Holy Cross scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 20-25,  25-23.
 Holy Cross' loss  came despite strong showings from  Jordyn Timmerding and  Lacey Hunt.  Timmerding  had 13  digs, while  Hunt  had 16  kills, 11  digs,  and two  aces.
Scott's victory bumped their record up to 23-11. As for Holy Cross, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-13.
 Scott didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-0  win against Simon Kenton on the 16th. As for Holy Cross, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  victory against Boone County on the 16th.
