For the Heat, this counts as revenge for the 43-35 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Evans went 6 of 10 on her way to 17 points and eight steals, while Noeth went 6 for 9 en route to 20 points and seven boards. Those 20 points gave Noeth a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Liliana Stilwell, who posted nine points and five assists.

The victory made it two in a row for Rural Vista [Hope/White City] and bumps their season record up to 5-6. As for Douglass, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season.
