Basketball Game Preview: Bolton Central Eagles vs. Boquet Valley Griffins

The Bolton Central Eagles will be playing at home against the Boquet Valley Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bolton Central comes in on 15 and Boquet Valley on four.

Bolton Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They claimed a resounding 91-19 victory over Chazy. Bolton Central has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Bolton Central relied on the efforts of Jace Hubert, who posted 25 points, and Egloff, who earned 25 points. That's the most points Egloff has posted since back in December of 2024. William Hens was another key player, putting up ten points.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Boquet Valley beat Keene Central 64-60 on Friday.

Bolton Central pushed their record up to 19-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.6 points. As for Boquet Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.
