Shaker waltzed into their contest on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Niskayuna Silver Warriors by a score of 75-65. This was payback for the Bison, who suffered a 63-41 loss the last time these two teams met.

Shaker's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points over those games. As for Niskayuna, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-5.

Shaker and Niskayuna should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings. Shaker (ranked 13th) will meet Columbia (ranked 512th) at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Niskayuna will square off against Averill Park at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 158 places (48 vs. 206).
