Soccer Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Steinbrenner Warriors, falling 12-0. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 444th, while the Warriors are ranked 30th).

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Steinbrenner, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0-1.

Jefferson will be playing at home against Freedom at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Steinbrenner, they will head out to face off against Nature Coast Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
