Basketball Recap: Fife Has No Trouble Against Centralia

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Enumclaw, Fife was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They wrapped up 2024 with a 52-38 victory over the Centralia Tigers. While the Trojans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Fife's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Centralia, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fife won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Rochester at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Centralia, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Aberdeen at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
