Basketball Recap: Brackett Takes a Loss

After flying high against La Pryor last Saturday, Brackett came back down to earth. The Brackett Tigers fell just short of the Comstock Panthers by a score of 68-66 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Tigers have suffered since January 9th.

Brackett now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Comstock, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5.

Brackett will take on Somerset Academy Collegiate in a tournament on Friday. Somerset Academy Collegiate knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Brackett likes a good challenge. As for Comstock, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
