Basketball Recap: Clayton Luchene's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bible Baptist over Wyldewood Christian

Bible Baptist suffered their closest loss since November 27, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of the Wyldewood Christian Warriors by a score of 21-18.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Clayton Luchene, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Marcos Carrillo, who put up four points and four steals.

Bible Baptist's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Wyldewood Christian, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Bible Baptist wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 44-40 loss against Plum Creek Christian Academy on the 11th. Wyldewood Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
