Marshfield has gone a perfect 10-0 against Wausau East recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Tigers will welcome the Lumberjacks at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Marshfield is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Holmen just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Vikings.

Meanwhile, Wausau East also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to D.C. Everest by a score of 3-1. The Lumberjacks have struggled against the Evergreens recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

While Wausau East had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21, 22-25, 25-22.

Wausau East's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Marshfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-12.

Marshfield took their win against Wausau East in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Lumberjacks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
