Basketball Recap: Beach Takes a Loss

Beach lost against New Salem back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Beach Buccaneers received a blow as they fell 46-31 to the New Salem Holsteins. The Buccaneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Beach's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for New Salem, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season.

Looking ahead, Beach will square off against Flasher at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Salem, they will head out on the road to square off against Wilton/Wing at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
