Preview: Blanco Panthers vs. Brady Bulldogs
Blanco is 3-0 against the Bulldogs since January of 2023, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Blanco Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Brady Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Blanco will be strutting in after a victory while the Bulldogs will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Tuesday, Blanco earned a 45-33 victory over the Bobcats/Deer. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Blanco.
Meanwhile, Brady had to suffer through a rough 74-31 loss at the hands of the Yellowjackets. Brady was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-11.
Blanco's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Brady, they dropped their record down to 14-13 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Blanco came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bulldogs in their previous meeting back in January, sneaking past 48-45. The rematch might be a little tougher for Blanco since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
