Bowling Green waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They skirted past the Monroe City Panthers 59-56. This was payback for the Bobcats, who suffered an 81-45 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Bowling Green pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.2 points over those games. As for Monroe City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-4.
