The Gateway Olympians lost against the Centaurus Warriors back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Gateway took a serious blow against Centaurus, falling 49-14. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Gateway in their matchups with Centaurus: they've now lost three in a row.

Gateway's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Centaurus, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Gateway does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Centaurus will head out on the road to face off against Windsor at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Windsor is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
