Football Recap: Pasco Comes Up Short

Pasco fell victim to Wiregrass Ranch and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 33-0 loss at the hands of the Wiregrass Ranch Bulls. The Pirates just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Wiregrass Ranch found their leader in freshman Brawner Kaitlyn, who threw for 178 yards and four touchdowns while completing 81.3% of her passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Aixa Barrera, who picked up 30 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Pasco's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wiregrass Ranch, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

Pasco wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-0 loss against Wesley Chapel on the 11th. As for Wiregrass Ranch, they have also already played their next game, a 46-0 defeat against Land O' Lakes on the 12th.
