Baseball Recap: Ridgeview Gets the Win

After losing to Nease the last time they met, Ridgeview decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Ridgeview walked away with a 7-3 win over Nease on Thursday.

James Norton was incredible, scoring two runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two).

Ridgeview's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Nease, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Ridgeview will head out on the road to face off against Eagle's View at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Ridgeview is facing Eagle's View at the right time seeing as Eagle's View is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Nease, they will welcome Christ's Church Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
