Volleyball Game Preview: Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks vs. Diego Rivera Huskies

The Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks will challenge the Diego Rivera Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Math & Science College Preparatory saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of Marquez by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Sharks haven't been shut out since back in February.

Meanwhile, Diego Rivera came up short against Wilson on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Diego Rivera's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Math & Science College Preparatory, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.

Math & Science College Preparatory took their win against Diego Rivera in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Sharks repeat their success, or do the Huskies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
