Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Littlefield). They blew past the Friona Chieftans 63-42 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Wildcats have posted since February 12th.

Littlefield has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season. As for Friona, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Littlefield Wildcats duke it out with the Slaton Tigers at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Friona and Idalou will compete for holiday cheer at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Friona has won six straight at home, while Idalou won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
