Ray won the last time they faced Alice and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Ray Texans never let the Alice Coyotes onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The Texans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Alice from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. McNeill Veazey led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

Ray is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-2-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 37 goals over those six games. As for Alice, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ray has already played their next match (against Flour Bluff), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Alice will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Carroll at 8:00 p.m. on February 11th.
